      Pros

      Fully packed pantry Recharge holidays in work from home scenario WFH set up one time allowance Quarterly t shirts or goodies. Anniversary Gifts. one time allowance for completing milestones anniversary years like 3,5,7 etc. One time Quarterly food allowance upto INR. 1000. Certification allowance upto 15k per year. Wonderful values like Golden Rule, Child like joy, shoshin, Stay Thirsty, Success for All. Human first management. You would be surprised by the level of transparency maintained by C level management where you wouldn't get to know anything from C level management in any other company. Wonderful career growth opportunities as long as you prove your worth. Almost zero restrictions in getting your leave approval. Monthly AMA and all hands sessions where you can ask any doubt you have which would be answered by C level management.

      Cons

      Insurance benefits can be looked into. Co-pay should be removed for insurance. Recently hike percentage has reduced, it would be great if we come back to original Gainsight hike structure while also hiring aggressively. There is no option to get salary advance during personal emergency which is non medical. No concept of paid leaves which forces employees either to utilise them or get them expired.

      I appreciate the time you've taken to give specific positive and constructive feedback. There's a lot there but a couple of comments: we just recently announced an enhanced benefit package in Hyderabad. I hope that it addresses some of the gaps you identified. Also, our raise percentage hasn't gone down but it is certainly true that market salaries have increased! We're keeping an eye on the trends and are working on incorporating our learning it our Total Rewards program. Thanks again for a great review.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working at Gainsight. The leadership team is thoughtful, strategic, and genuinely cares about both the business and the people behind it. There’s a strong culture of innovation and building are encouraged and brought to life. The products are thought leaders in the space. Customers who fully invest in it and continue to educate themselves across the platforms consistently see strong ROI and genuinely love it. What really stands out is the environment: mistakes aren’t met with blame, but with coaching and support. You’re challenged, backed, and given the space to grow while doing meaningful work.

      Cons

      Like many growing companies, some processes and change management can feel a bit disorganized at times. That said, there’s strong awareness across the team and leadership, and a real openness to change everyone recognizes the opportunity to drive more efficiency and is actively working toward it.
