Support of Management Growth opportunities Tools and resources to do your job Great work life balance

Cons

No annual bonuses On the lower end of pay compared to other companies Lots of pointless activities/task the company is constantly implementing that need to be addressed/closed out, but ultimately slow you down and cause more unnecessary work. High turnover and no actual replacement of that employee. They praise you but dont want to pay you outside small annual raises, despite how well you do.

Salary was in market range.

Cons

Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
