      Pros

      Gallagher can offer a great learning environment if you enjoy a fast pace environment where anything can happen day to day. Overall everyone pretty much enjoys what they do at Gallagher.

      Cons

      This company is very unorganized and political. You have to be extremely careful of who you speak with. It is a very dog-eat-dog environment. Try to learn all you can and get out since there is limited mobility for moving up in the company. It is not good to play "Mr. Nice Guy" because people will take advantage of you. Gallagher also does not value family at all. Expect to work long hours everyday. If you are looking for a great work life balance in a company, try to stay away.

      Salary was in market range.

      Cons

      Manager took zero interest in me. I spoke to her 2 times in the 6 months I was there. It’s just an endless grind to various SEC and investor required reporting. By the time you finish you need to start over. Almost all process are broken. This $13B company runs on excel. It’s a real risk that this company collapses on itself. They purchase companies and destroy everything good about their cultures. I was so happy and content until they purchased us. The executives paint a fake picture of their culture to the street.
