Pros
There are a handful of nice co-workers. Pay check doesn’t bounce.
Cons
Run for your life! Branch locations have substandard operations. The leadership has titles without experience to lead and train. Nepotism is excessive. Diversity is 4%. They work people to death with no raises, bonuses or good benefits. Incentives have so many conditions, people give up. Acquisitions are all misled & disappointed. Branches are sweat shops. There is no character or culture. Glendale, CA or Rolling Meadows, IL are the only locations to consider for employment. Do your homework to avoid the “bait & switch.” The position you seek won’t be the one you get.
