The most persistent issue is the CEO’s leadership. While new executives cycle in and out, the CEO remains constant, and the same patterns repeat every time. Each “new era” of leadership is just another rinse‑and‑repeat exercise: fresh faces, new strategy, another reorg, and the same underlying problems resurfacing because the root cause never changes. There’s a noticeable disconnect between the CEO’s messaging and the actual operational reality.
