Administration corruption in management level in Stuttgart - Senior Software Engineer Gamma Technologies Inc. Employee Review

I've worked there for a while, i have planned to stay longer and improve my skills, promote and be happy, but the final result from my experience is that, this is the worst employer that someone can have. It is not just me, the most of employees were unsatisfied and sad about the environment, unfortunately they were not so brave to leave the toxic environment, they were not so clear to protect their personal dignity. They have stayed with the unwise managers. The European branch of GT is somehow a servant character to the head office in the US, therfore there is no character and respect to the employees in Germany
