Pros
Really nice staff, they’re all super kind and were very welcoming when I transferred from my past store that closed. I worked at Athleta and the transfer process within the Gap Inc companies is super easy. The customers can be entitled and sometimes gross (it really depends on the day), but overall the customers are families, older people and generally nice people. Apart from people destroying clothing piles and being messy or being mean and entitled, I haven’t had any awful experiences.
Cons
Not a very competitive pay and no tips to make up for it. Sometimes they don’t schedule me as much even though I’ve been here for a while which kinda sucks but if you have good availability they will probably schedule you a good amount. It can get super slow in the stores sometimes too so I just find myself walking around trying to find something to fold or do so it can be boring.
