      50% discount at gap, banana republic and 25% at old navy you get rewarded for doing a good job friendly staff

      Cons

      depending on the management team you'll be stuck as a sales associate for a while stores are very comparative with each other and some management from other stores assume you suck when they don't know if your a good employee or a bad one
