the benefits are wonderful...management team, in our store, are great team players...district manager listens when you talk....advancement is good
Cons
can only advance in store to assistant manager, unless you are already in that position and can advance to store manager...sometimes the same rules don't apply to all staff associates...seniority among other assistants doesn;t seem to get you to learn other processes first.
