Pros
Organized management and very transparent on expectations. There was a pretty extensive training time as well that employees were paid for.
Cons
Very little flexibility when it came to schedules, especially around the holiday season. There is also the fact that when working in retail, you deal with people who may not necessarily care about you one way or another.
