Gap is not the place it used to be - Director Gap Employee Review

As a longtime employee I saw a lot. Many new policiies and procedures are rolled out without seeking insight from middle management. There was always a certain degree of arrogance on the part of senior management. And the turnover for vice presidents and above was extremely high. I hope it's improved - for the sake of the company. I still believe in this company based on the employees - not necessarily the senior management.
