Pros
Good health benefits, vacation time was plentiful and accused quickly, and employee discounts program.
Cons
Employees were giving direct reports as soon as they were promoted from an assistant level to the next. They were inexperienced managers with out proper guidance. It is very challenging to work under a manager that does not have any management skills and is using you as a chance to learn to manage people.
