      Pros

      Flexibility between working in office vs WFH.

      Cons

      Leadership has not clue what it takes to execute the product each season. Expectations are too high after laying off 1800 headquarter employees this year. The company will never move forward with a change in certain leadership roles.

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
