      -great discount- 50% off on full price merchandise and 10% off on sale -great staff -incentives to work hard, points awarded for a job well done

      Cons

      -very low pay, low raises -gm does not take job seriously -sales promotions change at a moments notice -marketing does not show clothing that small stores carry
