      Pros

      The people and health benefits. I have worked for the company for 5 1/2 years and have always had strong partnerships with all of the people I have worked with. The new president of Old Navy seems to have a good head on his shoulders and he truly cares about the people working here. The former president was a joke. She killed our business.

      Cons

      Constant change of leadership and the "flattening out" of the organization has been crazy. So much change really doesn't allow the teams to run their business. Upper level management needs to listen first then act.

      Pros

      Good gig as a student. Good team culture, flexible manager with schedules especially around exams, coworkers are nice.

      Cons

      Job requires you to be available both days of the weekend. Way too much of a push for credit cards towards people who've already expressed they don't want one.
