Pros
Great for introverts. Being able to play music on headphones and sitting in chair. Predictable work.
Cons
Biohazardous conditions at work location most notably the bathroom. Poor ventilation combined with a lot of dust and nasty smells all over the building. Subsequently leading to illness.. Expect to get sick frequently working here. Extremely unprofessional supervisors that lack communication skills. Days are long due to mandatory overtime (6am to 4:30pm was the latest i’ve worked but my co workers have had longer days) They will continue to give you more and more work until THEY SAY you can close. Be sure not to process too fast because they will reward you with more work!! Low base pay with little teller incentives to compensate you for how much cash you’ve processed per hour. It’s hard to meet the requirements to be able to get that bonus because the metrics aren’t humanly possible to meet. Overall depressing work environment with little interactions with the people working beside you and the outside world.
