Pros

The job has great pay if you wanna sit and do nothing. Most sites im at the client is amazing The training for gun was amazing and is really the only fun about the job ive had the past 6 months You get to work your own hrs and by yourself at most sites

Cons

The office here in milcreek used to be in sandy, suuuck at communication but try to blame the employees for their side. I dont respond to fill ins any more like i used to. I have done 3 yrs over all in security. I have asked for help to do national guard with garda but they cant even get ahold of the site manager. Dont do extra work that you arent getting paid for. There is no training for your site or anything. They dont teach anything to anyone really. Good thing i learned with a different company. Careful when you call cause your bosses will yell at you for no reason at all. Just got my neighbor a job here..she got hired 1 month after her interview and has been waiting 2 extra months to hear anything else but nothing and she already spent 300 dollars to get this job but nothing so she is leaving without getting a chance to be in the field. I do alot for this company and my bosses in the office......i have worked 6 days in a week and had 1 day off of working at 2 different sites as my main and i swear.... no recognition.

Pros

Good training. Not too demanding in the learning curve.

Cons

Not a whole lot of work where I live. Working out of town 1 day a week part-time with a long commute.

Pros

I tried being reasonable but there honestly are no pros to working here.

Cons

This is by far the worst job I have ever had. The amount of work is unbelievable and the pay is horrific while handling millions of dollars in cash. I look at a $20 dollar bill daily and remember that it would take me over an hour just to make that. Employees are treated horribly. Was reprimanded once for taking a lunch break with a coworker and was asked by management if I really wanted my job. The unprofessionalism and unorganization is largely felt and visible. They treat you like you’re working in a sweatshop and cannot leave until all the work is done, even if one day it’s past 5. Any plans after work? Forget about it since you have no idea when you’ll be done with the work every day. The hours are not 9-5. It’s erratic and all over the place. Employees have to schedule their lives around the unpredictable hours from this place. You’re only allowed 6 call offs every TWO years!! Please don’t work here. It’ll be a waste of your time. With the wage a person makes here, I have to go to the food bank once a week just to eat since I don’t make enough. Save your sanity. Find a different job. - Poverty wages - High school drama with coworkers. One coworker smells like a walking landfill and has been talked to 3 times about it but nothing was done about it. - Overworked and underpaid times a million. - Severely robotic tasks. I used to process 500 deposits a day doing the same motions over and over again. I was losing my sanity. When I got home from work I’d be mentally exhausted. - Misrepresention of hours just to get you hired since they cannot retain staff. I went from working 32-35 hours a week to 24 for a few weeks all because they wanted save some money even though this is a billion dollar corporation. - Total lack of work/life balance. You get 3 hours of PTO a MONTH. I had a doctor’s appointment that I scheduled once since I had no PTO left available, management told me to not let it happen again… a doctors appointment.. - Severe micromanagement to where employees have to sign a clipboard stating why they’re leaving the cash room. Mandatory to mark down that an employee is using the bathroom. - Sexual harassment by male security guards to the women coworkers with 0 punishment.
