There are a few people in the organization who are good people

Cons

- No upward movement - The truth is of no use in this organization...upper management would rather have a "yes man" than someone who actually tells it like it truly is. - Upper management hires based on a friendship rather than actual skill or experience - Raises and Bonuses, when given, are more of a slap in the face rather than acknowledgement for your hard work.

Pros

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
