Pros

Coworkers were chill, typical flexibility in WFH role

Cons

Recruiters would get fired often with 0 notice. They'd give you quotas that were pretty hard to constantly achieve and not knowing if you'd have a job the next week was stressful.

Pros

They will hire you for any of their lower end positions. Anyone can be a basic static guard, so apply away.

Cons

Does not understand military courses, schools, training, skillsets or capabilities so they will just throw you into an opening to fill a slot that you are overqualified for thus not making the overseas contracting to its fullest potential
