Culture, Communication, Growth Opportunities, In touch Management What can I say other than Garda is not like the other security companies I have worked for. Being in the industry for almost 20 years I though I knew the ins and outs of this business. I have been through countless acquisitions and mergers in my time and came to believe the grass is never greener no matter where you go. Then I got to Garda and I am still in awe from the first day that I started. The kindess and patience of my Co-workers didn't seem real. Everyone helping me in any way they could to make me feel comfortable and setup for success. I've never felt so at home starting a new position and looking forward to everything Garda has to offer. If you are serious about a career in security no matter what role you are pursuing then I would tell to go Garda and you won't be disappointed.
