      1. Good work / life balance most of the time. 2. Good merit increases when you exceed expectations.

      Cons

      1. Unlimited PTO and your market leader and / or dotted line manager must approve request. Sometimes getting approved or asking to far in advance can be a challenge to be approved. 2. With the re organization to a Human Capital structure there are less growth opportunities for TA & HR with Human Capital.

      Local branches could make a difference for local customers. Large national accounts are killing the spirit of the company.

      Executive Leadership is turning the company into Allied.
