Pros
I was hired when the company was originally Whelan Security. I started out as an s/o and have worked my way up to running the account I was hired on for. I've promoted up 2-3 times to get to where I am now. There's been hard times and struggles, that will always be a thing. I was hired in June 2015. 1): Proper training 2): Opportunity 3): Good supervision
Cons
Communication can always be better. I've been here though the COIVD situation and I know how things are and am an understanding person. The higher ups are making more strides to get supervisors in for conferences and training sessions to help better the supervisors, so training can always be better and can always improve.
