Pros
A great thing about this company is they allow you to pick what shifts and days they have available to you, which really opens it up for some people topick up extra whenever they choose to or not. It is really about the freedom of choice here, so if you choose something and end up not liking it on down the road, then there is the freedom once again to change it up. Another good thing about this company is the people. You get to meet a lot of different people from a lot of different walks of life, which also really drives home their diversity standards.
Cons
One not so great thing about the company is that it is a security company, so you have an always revolving door of people coming in and going out. Another nonplus for this company is the lack of promoting within. If you are gung-ho about the security business and are looking for a place to move up quickly this one is not it, for the simple fact that the way this industry works is that you are hired in this business to show up and do a specific job, and that is what they count on you for.
