Aren't being micromanaged by a supervisor the entire shift.
Cons
Pays state minimum wage. Hires a lot of reprobate type people. Despite little to no communication with coworkers one managed to personally attack me with notes written on time sheets and activity reports. Time sheets get stolen by this person all time. Reported it to management. Likely going to report this to other departments. They don't care about your need to sleep and eat. Will schedule you for shifts early in the morning to after noon and will have you working an overnight shift just 8 hours later. Struggle to stay awake. Most clients don't supply their restrooms leaving you to be creative. They only supply uniforms for morbidly obese people. If you're fit or just not overweight you end up wearing a baggy uniform.
