Horrible management Horrible supervisors Terrible pay They don’t care about their employees and only care about protecting their contracts even if the security officers are in the right The retention rate here is absolutely horrible and pathetic, since starting over summer I’ve seen 8 “supervisors” start and either quit or get fired. I’ve seen at least 15 security officers quit or get fired. The “supervisors” are all extremely unprofessional and talk down and disrespect security officers every shift I’ve worked here. They do not provide shift differential for overnight shifts The benefits are the worst I’ve seen at a company They don’t train new security officers properly or at all to be honest and expect you to know exactly what to do in every situation They will write you up any chance they get and back log the incidents several months back so it’s very difficult to reference them. No real opportunities for advancement and would rather hire brand new officers instead of promote within.
