      Small team, PTO, company-paid life insurance, 401(k), hybrid work style

      Cons

      Management tends to put a lot of pressure on staff causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. High turnover. "Uncapped PTO" but if you use a certain amount they will not be happy (but they won't tell you the amount).
