Pros
Healthy work/life balance, some good managers, great people and healthy culture I found, nice office space, great collaboration between teams.
Cons
Interview process is extremely tough which makes it hard to get people through the door. Although progression exists, it is very limited and can take a long time. KPI's and targets are high, very big expectation of people, management are always expecting more even though there is no incentive (i.e promotion or commission).
