Pros
Good pay and learning opportunities for those coming right out of college. Also, Gartner looks good on a resume so leaving is pretty easy
Cons
Increased amount of micromanagement as of recent. Poor leadership. Extremely lack of diversity. Also fair warning to all of those reading. Notice how every time there is a negative and honest review that a few days later a very bland 5 star review will pop up (definitely from HR) to try and keep the overall company rating high.
