Cons
The Fort Myers office is very toxic. Your success is determined on your book of business and your manager. If your manager does not like you- better start looking for a new job. Management is promoted on previous years success (which means they were handed a good book of business and made it to winners circle). None of the managers are hired on leadership skills. Upper management (VP level) harasses and bullies people to leave the company. They will put you on a “plan” with unrealistic metrics and no support to help you improve. They will make you feel like you will never be good enough. I honestly never felt as low in my life as I did for working for this company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE!
