Pros
Great pay if you are motivated. Doesn't suck to go to work every day in that you aren't micro-managed. One of the BEST leaders I've ever seen is Nate Swan running the SMB program, and with that guy, you can be sure the company is going somewhere and there will be plenty of opportunities to move up. Great (and I do mean GREAT) food for really cheap ($5-$6 lunches. Jim is the man.). Lots of company outings. Workout room with heavy weights.
Cons
Lately, they've pretty much hired an entire campus full of frat bros and sorority sisters that can't hold a conversation without going back to the glory days. Not everyone is like this but it certainly ruins it for all the people who are there and have personalities, values and self respect. Seen a lot of newbies put on a face while speaking to someone and then bad mouth them the second they turn your back.
