Pros

In early years, career growth opportunity was exceptional.

Cons

Since disclosure of plan to go public, Gates has been short term focused, with no real long term strategies. All about current EBITDA with no thought about many great employees who are responsible for making the 20% EBITDA possible.

Employees, 401k pays kinda good

Cons

If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
