Pros

Downtown Denver Location, high paced work environment, pay and benefits, excellent products. I am proud to say I work for Gates because they have a history providing a good belt and hose product. President of US Operations is a leader that others should emulate.

Cons

Sullen culture, CIO lacks integrity and is out of touch, few advancement opportunities despite record profits. The career ladder, for all intensive purposes, doesn't exist. The organization is flat and a hiring freeze or close to it has been in place for some time.

Employees, 401k pays kinda good

Cons

If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
