They have had many lay offs so you have wonder if they are done or will they make more cuts. It was a great place to work when the Gates family owned it but since Tomkins Corp bought Gates, it has done nothing but go downhill. Seems very mismanaged. Lots of bad management decisions that affect people's lives. Employees with great skills went out the door during the layoffs rather than taking the opportunity to weed out the slower performers. Also, I worked there for 2 years and never got a single performance review.
