      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Culture is just toxic. Everyone bad mouths everyone. I was harassed and threatened by my manager and when I emailed HR about it, I was told my manager's manager (VP) would take care of it. Keep in mind, they are best friends. HR never followed up again. I of course quit and have not looked back once.

      Employees, 401k pays kinda good

      Cons

      If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
