      I absolutely love my team and my manager. It feels like we are really making meaningful progress and improvements.

      Wish there were more investments in this function, we are really lean. No hybrid work schedule.

      Employees, 401k pays kinda good

      Cons

      If you have a family you wont see them much seniority don't mean a thing you start night shift good luck getting on days get ready to learn abunch of jobs unless your one of the picks can not plan anything ahead with family they will throw weekends on you at the last minute
