Pros
The work is challenging, the vision set by the founders is bold and there are many opportunities to grow. There is a lot to learn, do and ambitious goals to contribute towards. One of the best parts has been solving problems in collaboration with an amazing and talented team. Everyone on the leadership team are great mentors, and always wants to bring out the best in everyone. There is a general atmosphere of positivity where people help and raise each other up. The energy is great. Last but definitely not least – it’s not all work and no play. The halloween and christmas parties, annual retreat – the team definitely likes to work hard and enjoy. It’s been fun and enriching being part of these experiences.
Cons
No major red flags that I can think of. The workload can be high sometimes, and there might be a lot going on. It’s a rapidly growing company and the pace is fast. I would add to this point though – the company helps out in every way possible and you are encouraged to take a break if needed
