Pros
- Great team of ICs, majority of the engineers are the best in their domain - Getting to work on a challenging, multi-faceted problem - I personally have seen no negative behavior from the senior management & founders, not sure what the rest of the reviews were about. - Founders openly discuss state of the business. I am sure some cards are held close to the chest, but obviously for good reasons. - There is a friendly vibe in the offices, lots of perks, free lunch four days a week, snacks etc. - I do not see much micromanagement in my team, most ICs are independent & we have ownership of the task we have been assigned & the freedom to solve it.
Cons
- Growth opportunities can be slow. - Hiring is slow, a lot more ICs are needed to solve the problem faster.
