Pros
Because the leadership fires anyone who disagree with them, those who are left are mostly easy going and good to work with.
Cons
The turnover rate is high for a reason - the leadership would rather fire you than let you do your job how you think you should. If they tell you to jump, they will also tell you how and when. The expectation is that you are on call during nights, weekends, and vacation. There is no formal promotion process and no opportunity to provide manager/founder feedback. The founders are ok with the toxic environment such as managers yelling at others. When the founders make decisions with fictitious deadlines, there is no accountability with them and the blame gets placed on the people they fire
