Everyone I've worked with is friendly, transparent, works hard, and is really smart. Exciting to work on the cutting edge of the web on a product that other developers are really excited about.
Cons
Fast growth and a distributed team can be difficult to manage. Fortunately leadership is very mindful of the pitfalls of remote work and are actively working to make sure people don't burn out.
