Pros
Fun titles to work on. I feel a good deal of creative freedom (despite a few instances of mixed messaging) Lots of respect for my peers. Extremely talented art team. Company is growing quickly and it has been positive so far... Way less negativity Flexible work hours Great on-site perks: free drinks/snacks, small gym facility, cool events Fun work environment and easy to get to know everyone Approachable upper management
Cons
Compensation. Needs to be less reliant on profit sharing Toxic employees and cliques. But lately many of them have quit or been fired Health insurance is expensive and coverage isn't great
