Pros

The company offers different opportunities to engage with international firms and interact with individuals from various races and social classes. The companys' brand image is also "well-packaged" so that makes it easy to earn trust from outside.

Cons

Due to rapid growth, the company has been chronically understaffed. New product often take a long time to adjust before they can be launched in the market, and meeting all customer expectations requires a significant amount of time, manpower and resources. During this process, there are frequent challenges from customers, leading to considerable pressure on existing staff who often have to handle multiple roles. The HR department's hiring process is typically very slow and their works are lacking professionalism as most ex-workers always receive wrong or super delay response for handling their documents. Salaries of current employee have been frozen for several years due to various market and internal factors cited by management, and there are limited promotion opportunities in all departments, however, a notable case of promotion is from HR department, many question what merits to support twice of her promotion within a year+, aside from special relationship with an senior executive.
