      Not so competitive with some of their salary rates, compared to other healthcare facilities. People Training new employees arent always the most plesant to work with. Not enough parking for employees. Sometimes feels little more corporate focused

      Cons

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
