Geisinger is a big name in healthcare and offers clout and recognition. There are a lot of internal opportunities for growth and lateral movement since it's a large organization.
Cons
Pay scales have not ben re-aligned for the post-covid economy and the organization is so hyper focused on the bottom line that employee satisfaction has steadily gone down in the three years I've been here.
