      Our department moved to fully remote during Covid and we have remained this way ever since. Managers are flexible with scheduling making work/life balance easier.

      Benefits could be better especially since we are a health system.

      Remote and benifits first day

      Cons

      This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
