Pros

There are no pros working at geisinger. They don't recognize every shift for their hard work. Only 2 shifts are recognized for their hard work in the place.

Cons

They change their policies on a daily basis to fit their so call needs. Everyday the policies change . Their rehire policy just magically changed and they are trying to tell people they have to wait 2 years before being rehired . Technically after 6 months they can rehire you. However if you voluntarily quit they have no reason to not rehire someone when they specifically gave their reason on why they quit . When you tell them you can't do a certain position and would like to switch out to the other position they refuse to allow you to go to a position you are more comfortable with.

Pros

Remote and benifits first day

Cons

This company needs a complete restructuring. The pay is far too low for such a complex role, especially when you're expected to meet quality standards while assisting patients. Management is overly micromanaging, with little trust or flexibility despite the low compensation. At just $18 an hour, the expectations don't match the pay. Unless significant changes are made, the company will continue to experience high employee turnover.
