Great culture, excellent coworkers, good (if not excellent) pay, and quality work but weak executive leadership. It lacks vision, a bigger picture, and competitive aggression, which is slowly eroding its market position.
Cons
It’s sad to see a company that was once a leader in the security space steadily losing market value. They keep acquiring companies but fail to integrate them properly or extract real value. Multiple failed acquisitions have caused significant losses, and the overall market cap continues to decline.
