      Smart, engaged colleagues who want to do right by patients with significant unmet medical needs. True sense of collaboration, great campus

      Cons

      Company takes great risks on the science, but is risk averse on its people. Very hard to advance either because there are few opportunities, or unconscious bias rules out anyone who doesn't fit certain phenotypes. High intensity - some leaders mistake action for meaningful outcomes
