I've been with Genentech for a little over a year now and I absolutely enjoy working here. The company is employee centric, transparent and I truly believe they are one of the few organizations that have the best work culture. The co-workers are awesome and always encouraging. Everyone I've worked with have an attitude of "lets solve this problem together" rather than "lets find the person who caused this issue" which is something I really like. Collaboration is key and you have to be a team player to succeed in the organization. You also have a variety of in-house opportunities available that you could explore and spend few hours a week working on. Lastly, some of the BEST employee benefits, especially the bonus multipliers and the 401(k).
