      -Genentech works just as hard for their employees, as their employees work for them. -Inviting and social atmosphere everyday. -Everyone has a positive attitude because they know the work they are doing is helping real people. -Great employee benefits -Collaborative and flexible work environment

      -I can not think of a single negative except that it is a little windy on the campus.
