All fluff, no substance. You get a nice laptop and phone, they use gmail, lots of silly perks but they pay below market and benefits aren't comparable to peer pharma. Pipeline is very weak. A lot of people just sitting around not doing much. Have to live in SF Bay Area. Discrimination disguised as DEI. If you don't fit their preferred demographics, good luck.
